Registrar
Our client, a Reston based leader in the mortgage industry is seeking a strong candidate to fill an open position as a Registrar.
The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and possess some knowledge of the mortgage industry. The Registrar will also have a strong knowledge of MS Office and a great attention to detail.
The Registrar will ensure timely and accurate processing of customer technology access requests. The candidate will review inbound request forms for accuracy, completeness and proper authorization. Also they will be responsible for keying appropriate transactions into Registration / Account Management (R/AM) system. The Registrar will consult with lenders, brokers, regional offices and other partners to clarify instructions and manage customer expectations.
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent or Associates Degree
