Outbound Call Center/Customer Service
Aerotek is looking for individuals for a Fortune 50 company to work in their outbound call center. This individual will be responsible for researching and resolving customer issues. They will process customer requests and assist with other duties as assigned.
One year of previous outbound call center experience is required and candidates must have excellent communication skills.
Job Duties: - Process customer requests in O2 Electronic Queues, i.e., refill requests, claim forms, brochures and envelope requests, pull and copies, etc. - Respond to patient request for receipts. - Make outbound calls to resolve customer concerns. - Inform management of processing problems. - Research missing orders or non-receipt of mailed medications. - Interact with the Pharmacy to resolve processing delays. - Work closely with Customer Service Pharmacists. - Assist with other duties as assigned.
Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM and one Saturday a month every six weeks
Pay: $12.00/hour
