Inbound Sales Job Description:

My client is seeking employees to add to their call center. They are looking for professional individuals who are interested in customer service. They have openings on first and mid shift.

Job Description: In this position the individuals will be working in a call center taking inbound calls from customers placing orders for jewelry, watches, coins and other products from the company's catalog or adds they run in magazines. The main objective on each call is to try and
up sell to the customer, get them to join the membership program and sell them the Replacement Guarantee on the product or
products they are purchasing.
They will be sitting in a cubicle taking calls all day. In between calls they can learn about the company's products because the more educated they get on the products the easier it will be for them to talk to the customers that are calling in.

Requirements:
-Must have 1-2 years of call center, telemarketing, or collections background.
-Must be able to pass Call Center Data Entry(Audio) and Call Center Inbound Sales Skills tests
-Must want to work in a sales environment and be motivated to make money.

The pay rate is $12/hr you will receive commission on selling the memberships and guarantees. You should make $100-$200 each month.
