Trade Partner Support Specialist
Aerotek at Whirlpool is looking for a Trade Partner Support specialist to work at Whirlpool is St. Joseph, Michigan.
The Trade Partner Support Specialist, under direct supervision, handles Trade Relations inquiries and problems regarding product returns via the telephone, fax and email in a call center environment. Trade Relations is the primary function, but may include minimal selling or promotion of products or services. Calls are basic and routine. Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. May respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff. Demonstrated communication, analytical and teamwork skills are highly desired. Complaint resolution experience a plus. Applicant must be available to work an 8 hour shift sometime between the hours of 8 AM and 10 PM.
The successful candidate MUST HAVE A 4 YEAR DEGREE from a accredited college or university. Excellent customer service skills along with excellent written and oral communication skills are required. This is a contract to hire position.
