Call Center Supervisor
Currently seeking a qualified candidate to perform responsibilities as a Call Center Manager for a fast paced company specializing in technical and compliancy regulations. This is a great opportunity to pursue a career in management in a staple and evolving environment. Responsibilities include, but are limited to the following information:
* Create performance standards and matrices * Communicate and engage with high level decision makers * Prepare lead generation and potential sales for upper management * Responsible for personnel decisions * Supervise staff of several individuals responsible for generating reports * Create and analyze reports * Prepare etiquette and sales scripts * Motivational techniques
Candidate must meet the following criteria:
* Previous management experience * Experience for a start up or growing call center preferred * Working experience in a call center * Aptitude and understanding of technical and complex services * Previous sales or related experience preferred * Knowledge of FCC compliancy and/or Engineering services and regulations
