A manufacturing firm is looking for a bi-lingual customer service representative. The hours for this job are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities for this bi-lingual customer service representative include:
*** Answering incoming phone calls and making outbound phone calls to clients following up with their orders.
***Retrieving e-mails and quoting prices.
*** Dealing with computers.
Qualifications for this bi-lingual customer service representative include:
*** Microsoft office and computer experience.
*** Experience working in a manufacturing company performing customer service.
