Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Rep Job Description:

Open positions: 2

Contract Rate: $15 hr

Contract Length: 3-4 months contract to hire

Permanent Rate: $30- 32k

Weekly Schedule: Monday-Saturday. MUST work on Saturday
Hours: MUST be flexible on working days & nights.

Requirements: 3-5 years of Customer Service phone support work with an Internet company. All candidates must take Brain Bench Assessment on Computer Fundamentals (XP), Computer Literacy (XP), Telephone Etiquette, Quantitative, Qualitative, and Customer Service Personality.
