Part Time Collections Rep.
Our client, a large bank, is looking for a Part Time Collections Representative.
On a day to day basis, this person will be responsible for making outbound collection calls on mortgage account, answering inbound call inquiries, and handling all escalated customer issues.
To be qualified, individuals must:
-Have a minimum of 2 years of call center experience
-Be proficient with Microsoft Office
-Collections experience preferred
