Customer Service Representative
Our client has an ongoing need for Customer Service Representatives to add to their team! This is a Contract position located in Scottsdale, Arizona paying $12 per hour.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
-This position will handle benefits inquiries, enrollment, and perform retention services for existing members.
-This position with handle a variety of complex benefits.
-Will perform insurance office support functions.
-Maintain documentation for inquiries.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
-3 years experience in inbound call center.
-Experience in a healthcare or medical environment is preferred.
-Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
-High School Diploma required.
